If you're on this website, congratulations, because that means you're already thinking about what you can do to lead a healthier lifestyle. The question is how do you even start with this process? This is where I can help. By taking you through the following steps we can work together to get you towards that goal.
~ An assessment of where you are right now, not just in terms of your fitness level, but also the things that affect that such as how much time do you have to work out, previous injuries, what types of exercise do you like...and what types do you hate.
~ Once we know your current fitness level, and the factors affecting that, then we create a series of goals for you: weekly, monthly and annual. By breaking down what you want to achieve into smaller chunks it's much easier to get you to where you want to be.
~ Designing workouts that will get you the results you want but that you will actually enjoy! Each of my clients have completely different workouts. Why? Because, they are all different, they have different goals, different body types, and different types of exercise that they like to do.
~ Track your progress. Every client has a secure page to log into where things such as workouts, food ideas, and progress are tracked. (Progress is measured in different ways and can include things such as heart rate and blood pressure readings, intensity of workouts, and body measurements.)
Where will we workout?
Simple answer: your choice. I know that many people do not like a traditional gym setting so with that in mind we can workout in your home, at the local park, or at the workout studio I have which is located close to Memorial Park. We can even work out at your place of work if there is a suitable area in which to do so. You choose the best option for you because that will help you stick to your goals.
Workout with a friend
Want to workout with your friend, sister, daughter? Why not work out at the same time? You can enjoy the time spent together and it helps split the cost of training.
Already a gym member but need some guidance?
I can help with that. We can book you in for just a few sessions to show you correct exercise form, plan new workouts that you can use at your gym, and give you some food guidelines that you will then have for future reference.
Helping your employees get fit
Many businesses are realizing the benefits of a healthy workforce. In addition to one to one training, I also offer services for businesses where I can come to your place of work to train several people at once. Alternatively, I can be the onsite personal trainer for a certain number of hours per week, so your employees can pop in for advice on exercise and nutrition.
In person training prices range from $30 - $50 per session. I also offer online training depending on your needs.
