Nutrition

As a personal trainer and health coach I can offer guidance on the best types of food you should be eating to work towards a healthier lifestyle. I ask all my clients to keep a food diary so that we can really see your eating habits and the types of food you like. Based upon this, I give you food guidelines and work out the best times to eat based upon your lifestyle. 

We can also take a trip to the grocery store together to show you how to make the best choices when faced with so many options!

​I'm all about eating real, tasty food that won't leave you hungry or missing on nutrients. I don't believe in fad diets. Obviously, if I notice nutritional issues that require further investigation, I would recommend that you see a Registered Dietitian.
