I ask all my clients to keep a food diary so that we can really see your eating habits and the types of food you like. Based upon this, I give you food guidelines and work out the best times to eat based upon your lifestyle.
We can also take a trip to the grocery store together to show you how to make the best choices when faced with so many options!
I'm all about eating real, tasty food that won't leave you hungry or missing on nutrients. I don't believe in fad diets. Obviously, if I notice nutritional issues that require further investigation, I would recommend that you see a Registered Dietitian.
