What is online training?
Online training is a new and exciting way to offer health and fitness guidance that can be utilized by anyone from anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability.

Good online training allows you to exercise when and where you want to, but with the accountability of a personal trainer. It's the same as hiring a trainer the normal way: you are given workouts personalized to you, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins to make sure you're sticking to your goals! The difference is, you have the flexibility on when and where to workout, so it's perfect for those with crazy work schedules and those who need to work out at home.

Not all online training is created equal!
Some online training programs will send you a workout sheet and then just leave you to it! If that works for you then go for it. However, if you want to be held accountable, if you want a workout designed just for you, if you want guidance on the foods to eat, and if you want someone to kick you up the butt to make sure you're sticking with it, then go with an online training program designed for that.
