"I am 49 y/o and have been working out with Andrea for 18 mo.s. As with many my age, the pounds had crept on slowly and my fitness declined. Almost 2 years ago, I was so out of energy after my husband had a minor surgery, it was my "ah-ha!" moment. He was due to have a much bigger surgery with a longer recovery and serious physical limitations for several months. I signed up for my 1st PT appointment months in advance of the doctor's projected 1st major recovery milestone when my husband was expected to have some physical independence.
We started small with weights and HIIT. We then started looking at my food intake and making revisions. "I started with Andrea almost 4 months ago. With her help I went from couch potato not able to do a push up or squat to hiking in Alaska with my family and doing 15-20 full body push-ups.
