As someone in my 40s I understand how the body changes as we get older, and how having a fit and healthy body and mind can help with those changes. I can help you get that healthy body back.
My goal is to make feeling good and looking great part of your normal lifestyle, rather than something you squeeze in here and there.
I work with clients of all age groups but my main focus is on the 30s+ age group.
Without good nutrition you will never look or feel your best. Somewhat like databases or cars, if you don't feed them the right data or the right products, they won't perform at their best.
I believe that feeling and looking great is hugely influenced by what you eat. What I don't believe in is living off salad! I work with clients on how to eat an array of tasty and nutritious foods, in order that a balanced, but not boring, eating plan can be achieved.
For those that have crazy schedules, due to family, work, travel...and cannot commit to a regular time slot with a trainer, then online training is for you.
I can provide you with workouts, nutrition guidance, and the accountability, while you workout in your home, or while on the road for work.
